3) Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program — A2P 10DLC Compliance
We offer optional, recurring text messaging communications, such as appointment reminders, updates, promotions, and two-way support (the “Messaging Program”).

Message Frequency: Recurring messages; frequency varies by user activity (e.g., appointment flow) and marketing preferences.
Cost: Msg & Data Rates May Apply.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
a) Opt-In Consent (How You Subscribe)
You may opt in by any of the following consent methods (as applicable to your interaction):
- Submitting a form on our Site with a clear checkbox stating you agree to receive recurring text messages from Wellspring Pediatric Plastics at the number provided;
- Texting a designated keyword we advertise to our long code/virtual number;
- Providing written consent on an in-office or digital intake form that clearly authorizes us to text you; or
- Checking a consent box during online booking or chat that describes the Messaging Program.
Important: Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment. You must be the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided.
b) Opt-Out (How to Stop Messages)
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the number sending you messages. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a one-time confirmation message and cease further marketing texts to that number. d) Opt-In/Opt-Out & Preferences
You may manage your SMS and email preferences at any time by using the links or instructions in our messages or by contacting us. If you opt out of marketing texts, we may still send non-marketing/transactional messages (e.g., appointment or account notices) as permitted by law.
e) Data We Process for Messaging
When you participate, we process your mobile number, message content, delivery and engagement metadata (timestamps, delivery status), and opt-in/opt-out logs to comply with CTIA/TCPA/A2P requirements, troubleshoot, and improve the program.
4) Legal Basis and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Notice
Where required by law, we obtain your express consent before sending recurring automated marketing texts. By opting in, you authorize Wellspring Pediatric Plastics (or its service providers) to send you automated and/or prerecorded texts at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time as described above.

- Do Not Track: Our Services currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
11) State Privacy Rights (including California)

You may designate an authorized agent as permitted by law.
12) Children’s Privacy (COPPA Notice)
Our Services are intended for parents/guardians and patients’ caregivers. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided Personal Information to us without consent, please contact privacy@wellspringpediatricsplastics.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
