73 year old patient came to Wellspring Plastic Surgery to discuss her options for facial rejuvination. She underwent a lowerface and necklift procedure and liposuction to reduce the volume in her cheeks due to a previous fat transfer procedure with another surgeon. Overall she was able to achieve better facial harmony and a more youthful appearance.
