Dr. Cone is one of few doctors who specialize in corrective surgery for adults with abnormal skull shape. The back of my head was abnormally flat, which occurred at infancy due to my parents allowing me to sleep on my back. This condition must be treated at infancy while the skull is still in a soft state. There have been new treatments for adults with this issue but few doctors specialize in it. I was so happy to find Dr. Cone. I was immediately confident in him after my first visit. His office staff and PA are all top notch. Everything was organized well, the communication was excellent, and the surgery was painless. I am extremely pleased with the results. We worked with Katelin Frey at Wellspring Pediatric Plastics when our son was born with his right ear fused to itself at the top of the ear. We started coming to her the week he was born and within 2 weeks of treatment with Katelin his ear looked perfectly symmetrical to his non-fused ear (at least to our naked eye). Although we thought it looked perfect, Katelin continued to shape his ear until she felt it was perfect in her professional opinion and we are so glad we listened to her because it looks perfect. Our son was not bothered by the ear mold she placed on there during any of the appointments we went to and Katelin was such a joy to work with. Our daughter was born 12/8/21 with some folding and cupping of her ears. It was extreme enough to merit a referral to these guys by our pediatrician. Let me say this loud and clear: they are absolutely amazing. Very professional, empathetic, and involved in the whole process. Know that results can vary baby to baby (and that’s something beyond anyone’s control), but thankfully we were blessed with very little regression. I wish I could give 6 stars.Load more
