We had a great experience, in the midst of Covid-19 lockdown, Chelsea made sure she made us feel safe and comfortable taking our baby to the appointments. The progress was very quick and noticeable within two weeks. Although we could have stopped treatment at 4 weeks Chelsea recommended 2 more weeks to ensure we perfected the shape of my daughter’s ears. She was very prompt in following up with us and making sure we were happy with the results. Would definitely recommend their services.
